EM Pilates Studio brings pilates to everyone, wherever you are and whatever your fitness level. EM Pilates Studio delivers friendly, professional instruction through a range of classes and programmes designed to fit into your life — from short, equipment-free sessions you can do whilst travelling to longer classes that use small props (resistance bands, magic circle, small ball, etc) for added variety and challenge.

The membership includes various difficulty levels with videos of different lengths so you can choose a session that fits your day. Whether you’re new to movement or an experienced practitioner, our approach is adaptable and supportive.

At its heart, Pilates is about slow, controlled movement. Pilates builds a strong core, improves posture and helps prevent injury by encouraging mindful alignment and building strength from within. EM Pilates Studio focuses on those fundamentals, delivering clear, accessible guidance so you can move with confidence and feel better in your body.

Ellie McCormick

Hi, I’m Ellie, a certified Stott Pilates instructor trained in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, with experience supporting clients through pregnancy and postnatal recovery. Alongside teaching Pilates, I am a mum to two energetic young boys, a runner, a devoted dog mum and a lawyer.

Like many of my clients, I understand how easy it is for your own wellbeing to slip down the priority list while balancing work, family and the demands of everyday life. Pilates has become an essential part of my own routine, helping me build strength, improve mobility and create moments of calm in a busy schedule. It's this experience that inspires me to help others discover how movement can leave them feeling stronger, more confident and better equipped for everyday life.

I aim to create a supportive and welcoming environment where you can move with confidence, build strength and enjoy exercise in a way that feels both sustainable and rewarding. Whether you're completely new to Pilates, have years of experience, or are exercising during pregnancy or after having a baby, my goal is to help you improve your posture, increase your mobility, develop lasting strength and feel your best.

My goal is to help you discover the many benefits of Pilates and make movement an enjoyable, sustainable part of your everyday life. I believe that feeling strong, moving well and connecting with your body are some of the most valuable investments you can make in your long-term health and wellbeing.
