A wide range of workouts for all levels of experience and fitness that can be done anywhere — at home, while travelling, or as part of your everyday wellness routine. Some sessions will incorporate small Pilates equipment such as flexbands, magic circles, small weights or just bodyweight.

  • We currently offer The Mat Studio Membership, which provides access to all of our mat content, including reformer‑inspired mat sessions. This membership allows you to practise Pilates at home, on the go or while travelling.

    The Full Studio Membership will be coming shortly. Initially it will include full access to both the mat sessions and our reformer sessions, to be expanded to include chair and other Pilates apparatus sessions.

  • The Full Studio Membership will be coming soon! This will include access to our full library of digital reformer and mat classes and any new material we release while you're subscribed.

    This includes short sessions and longer sessions, challenges and live classes.

    This will also be expanded to include Wunda Chair Pilates sessions and other Pilates apparatus.

    This includes short sessions and longer sessions, challenges and live classes. The mat library is constantly evolving and growing with regular new sessions.

    The classes are for a mixture of Pilates experience and fitness level.

  • Yes! We’re always expanding the library with fresh Pilates sessions, challenges and programmes to keep your motivation and inspiration going strong.

  • Definitely. You can switch plans, upgrade, or make changes to your membership anytime.

    This can be done on your membership page, but any issues/questions please do get in touch

  • Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.
